Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Mohammed Saleh bin Taher Benten confirmed that the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has developed an integrated plan for the operation of the Hajj season of this Year 1439H, based on high performance standards and in line with the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and their continuous follow-up to provide finest services for the pilgrims, as they came from all over the world, in different nationalities to perform Hajj, in tranquility and safety, in this blessed lands. During a press conference held in Makkah today, he said that the ministry has adopted advanced plans for operations and high-quality follow-up mechanisms to find out what the institutions and companies of pilgrims inside and outside the Kingdom provide the pilgrims with and has ensured the effectiveness of all electronic systems and human cadres, in line with the Vision of the Kingdom 2030, and dealing with the large groups of the Lord guests, who flocked to the Kingdom through various air, land and sea ports, pointing out that the ministry has allocated a free number of services to receive reports, complaints and inquiries, on the number 8004304444, and all pilgrims can submit complaints and grievances through the application of "Manasikuna" on smart phones. The minister pointed out that the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has set up reception centers for pilgrims, at the entrances to the cities of Makkah and Madinah, and has equipped them in a civilized manner, employing more than 1800 employees, from both sexes, who organize the traffic of buses to pilgrims, in the two holy cities, in order to manage the flow of buses, in them. The ministry has enabled women to work in the service of guests of Al-Rahman, he added, as two Saudi women have been appointed to the board of directors of the South Asian pilgrims Guides Foundation, he stated. Many women also are working in command and control rooms, reception offices for pilgrims and rafting establishments, he said, in line with the objectives of the Vision of the Kingdom 2030, including the e-Visa program in more than one country, in addition to the experience of smart card with a number of pilgrims, from Russia.
