The Yemeni government has officially accused the Iranian-backed Al-Houthi militia of shelling the fishing port and Al-Thawrah hospital in the city of Al-Hudaydah, killing 14 people and wounding more than 30, mostly civilians. "This heinous crime constitutes a serious and blatant violation of international humanitarian law, Geneva Conventions' Four Treaties and their Additional Protocols and is considered as a war crime against humanity," the Yemeni Ministry of Human Rights said in a statement quoted and broadcasted by the Official Yemeni News Agency. The Ministry confirmed that this crime was deliberate because it coincided with the UN Security Council's meeting and hours before the briefing of the UN envoy in a false pretense of the Council and a sham attempt to mix the papers by Al-Houthi militia. --More 23:55 LOCAL TIME 20:55 GMT 0019 www.spa.gov.sa/1793216
