The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for the Arab States Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al-Zayani strongly condemned the heinous crime committed by the Houthi militias of indiscriminate shelling of Al-Mansur neighborhood in the city of Aden yesterday, killing and wounding scores of innocent civilians. He said that the systematic attacks being waged by Houthi militias on unarmed residents of the cities, topped in Aden and Taiz, are heinous crimes against humanity and incompatible with the principles of the Islamic religion and prohibited by international laws, condemning the unjust siege imposed on the city of Aden.
