Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm newspaper in its editorial entitled '' A promising tourist movement in AlAhsa'' wrote that the Eastern Region began yesterday its celebrations on the occasion of the registration of the AlAhsa Oasis site on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The paper noted that the registration of AlAhsa Oasis on the international list is considered as one of the most important historical stages that have introduced this oasis to an important world highlighting its ancient cultural heritage and qualifying it to invest this heritage as an important economic resource to be added to the Kingdom's numerous resources. Okaz and Al-Riyadh newspapers commented on the Islamic stability, saying that the Kingdom always proves that it is the warm bosom of all Muslims on the earth, it is their Qiblah attracting their hearts, and it knows how to maintain this high status, noting in this regard that the Kingdom will host the International Conference of Muslim Scholars on Peace and Stability of the Republic of Afghanistan tomorrow, in cooperation with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to help Muslim scholars to play a positive role in achieving peace and political stability in their country.
