Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm and Al-Riyadh newspapers in their editorials on the Iranian regime and the Palestinian issue wrote that there is a big difference between the firm positions of the Kingdom towards the Palestinian cause and the Iranian regime trading in that just cause for narrow and cheap political considerations, pointing out that the Kingdom still considers the question of Palestine as a central issue of concern to Arab and Islamic worlds and it has been supporting it in every forum. The papers noted that the Kingdom has always stood at the forefront of Arab and Islamic countries to defend Palestinians, calling for the restoration of their legitimate rights and establishing their independent state on the Palestinian land in accordance with the relevant resolutions of United Nations resolutions, while Tehran Mullahs have been trading in the Palestinian issue and continuing to shed the blood of Muslims and Arabs in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and other countries, instigate sedition and sectarianism and spread unrest, chaos and wars within the countries of the region.
