Faisal bin Muammar, Secretary General of Riyadh-based King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Center for Dialogue among followers of religions and cultures, told the opening session of the Pease Call in Religions conference, organized by Makkah-based Muslim World League in collaboration with Oxford Center for Islamic Studies that dialogue is the source of force to ward off extremism, confirming that the base of tackling the issue of diversification and multiplicity is the shared citizenship, spread of culture of co-existence, respect of diversification in what consolidates rights for all, and achieves security and peace, and that any belief to use violence in the name of religion is itself a use of violence against religion. He said dialogue and cooperation between different religions would achieve the principle of getting introduced to each other instead of fighting each other. He lauded the so-far reached outcome of dialogue in Europe, Myanmar, Nigeria, Republic of Central Africa and Arab countries.
