The Minister of Culture and Information of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad, who is also chairman of the executive bureau of the Arab Information Ministers Council, confirmed that the meeting held by Executive Bureau in Cairo today had discussed a host of important projects, topped by ways of combating terrorism and extremism. At the conclusion of the 9th ordinary session of the Executive Officey, the Minister said that there are several new programs discussed in the meeting aimed at reflecting a unified message and creating joint Arab effective media working to combat extremism and terrorism and all issues affecting Arab security and peace. Dr. Al-Awwad pointed out that the meeting also discussed what was already approved at the 29th session of the Arab Summit "Al-Quds Summit" and recommendations have been forwarded in this regard to tomorrow's Ministerial Council meeting for approval.
