The Yemeni army has made great strides on the ground against Iran-backed Houthi militias in Nahm province, eastern of Sanaa. The Yemeni news agency quoted Col. Abdullah Al-Shandagi of the army as saying that the army and popular resistance were able to liberate Al-Sakhr mountains, and the Red mountain in Nahm province following fierce battles against the Houthis who have inflicted sizable losses. He said the national army, supported by Coalition air strikes, fought a fierce battle against the coupists, resulting in 18 killed among the militias and injury of tens in addition to setting two vehicles ablaze and destroying a big military equipment. Al-Shandaqi said the battles are still waging among falling morale of the Houthi fighters.
