Yemeni military authorities announced today they have started preparations to liberate Zamar province, south of capital, Sanaa, from the Houthi and Saleh control. The Yemeni official news agency said Major General Mohammed Ali Al-Magdashi, was briefed in Maarib today on the tactics and plans to be adopted by Brigade 203, poised to liberate the province. On the other hand, Major General Abdulrabb Al-Shaddadi, Commander of the 3rd military, stationed in Maarib, said that the army has tightened its grip on regions on the outskirts of Sanaa province. He said the national army and popular resistance have controlled strategic locations in Helan mountains, Al-Mashjaha and Mijzer in Maarib province in addition to striking victories in the regions of Sarwah and Fardat Nahm.
