The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired the Cabinet‘s session at Al-Yamamah palace here on Tuesday afternoon. At the outset of the session, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques briefed the Cabinet on the outcomes of the two telephone calls received from Emir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain as well as his discussions with President Denis Sassou Nguesso of CongoBrazzaville. The Custodian of the two Holy Mosques also expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Kings, Presidents and leaders of sisterly and friendly countries for their condemnation and denunciation of the launching of ballistic missiles by the Iranian-backed Al-Houthi coupist militias targeting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, confirming the Kingdom's firm response to any hostile attempts aimed at its security and stability as well as the safety of its citizens and residents. The Minister of State, Cabinet's member and Acting Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed stated in a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) following the session that the Cabinet praised US President Donald Trump's appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, upon his meeting with His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers, and Minister of Defense during his current official visit to the United States of America in addition to President Trump's thanks to the Kingdom in its efforts to establish peace, security and stability in the region and his confirmation of the firm and historic commitment of the United States of America to the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
