Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Okaz newspaper in its editorial entitled "Protecting the homeland against corruption'' wrote that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's approval of the establishment of departments for corruption cases in the Public Prosecution confirms his vision to protect the capabilities of this country from exploitation and wasting. The paper noted that the position of accountability for corruption according to the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques does not stop at reactions or disciplinary attitudes only, but surpasses that to the horizons of justice, judiciary and security. Al-Riyadh and Al-Youm newspapers commented on the homeland's partnerships, saying the visits of His Royal Highness Crown Prince to Egypt and Britain recently or before or after them aim to achieve interests for the Kingdom in various fields ranging from politics to economy, combating terrorism and changing the West's stereotype of Islam. The papers pointed out that the Kingdom has strategic partnerships with permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, and also with countries having regional and international influence, as well as being one of the G20 countries of the world's most powerful economies, indicating that HRH Crown Prince's tours have been of great benefits for the homeland as the Kingdom is at an unprecedented stage of openness to the world that leads to common gains.
