Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh and Okaz newspapers commented on the tour paid to Egypt and Britain by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, saying that the tour has been culminated with full success at political, economic and diplomatic levels, and confirms HRH Crown Prince's insistence on writing a new chapter in the modern Saudi history after signing several strategic, investment and development partnerships in Egypt and Britain. The papers noted that HRH Crown Prince's visit to Britain has achieved remarkable results reflecting the deepening of relations and distinguished strategic partnerships between the two countries as well as effective cooperation in political, economic and security fields, adding that the Saudi-British agreement to cooperate in realizing the Kingdom's vision 2030 confirms that Britain sees in economic and social reforms aiming at diversifying the economy and transforming the Kingdom into a pioneering investment power as of utmost importance to the two countries and advancing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to broader horizons of overall growth and development. The papers pointed out that security, defense, counter-terrorism, Iranian interference in the region and the Yemeni crisis were present on the agenda of HRH Crown Prince's tour of the two countries.
