Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm newspaper in its editorial entitled "Riyadh Summit and the pivotal role'' wrote that in March, Riyadh will host an Arab summit of great importance to the Arab world in light of current difficult regional situations and serious challenges facing it pertaining to Iran's blatant interference in the affairs of some Arab countries, combating terrorism phenomena and militias wreaking havoc and devastation in some countries, as is the case with Houthi terrorist organizations in Yemen, and considering the shortest and most effective solutions to resolve crises in Syria, Iraq and Libya. The paper noted that the Kingdom will strive to ensure Arab consensus at Riyadh Summit and try to resolve current outstanding differences in order to support Arab issues for strengthening security, stability and prosperity in the region. Al-Riyadh newspaper in its editorial entitled ''The Grand Transformation'' pointed to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers, and Minister of Defense's interview with Washington Post newspaper in which he confirmed the sincere desire to correct paths that have hampered the growth, development and prosperity. The paper indicated that HRH Crown Prince spoke with a high transparency and clarity and talked about the shock that occurred to correct the track and put our country in the status that must occupy at internal and external arenas, pointing out that this shock has made a clear difference in founding current and future stages hoped to be in line with the aspirations set by HRH Crown Prince upon the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, which make us more optimistic and reassured about moving in the right direction.
