OIC Secretary General Sends Message of Condolences to Russian Foreign Minister on the Victims of the Plane Crash

Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef Al-Othaimeen sent a message of condolences to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Mr. Sergey Lavrov on the tragic death of the victims of the plane crash that occurred on February 11 near Moscow killing 71 passengers and cabin crew on board.
The OIC Secretary General expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, people and government of the Russian Federation.
The Russian Federation is an observer state in the OIC.
