Council of senior scholars in Al-Azhar: Arab identity of Alquds and its Palestinian identity is not subject to change or tampering

Al-Azhar senior scholars confirmed their rejection of the US decision to recognize Alquds as the capital of Israel and move the US Embassy there.
In the final statement of its emergency meeting today, the senior scholars of Al-Azhar stressed that the Arab identity of Alquds and its Palestinian identity is not subject to change or tampering as it is Palestinian, Arab and Islamic.
