In the presence of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the leaders and heads of delegations of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab Countries and the President Donald Trump of the United States of America, a memorandum of understanding (MoU)was exchanged at King Abdulaziz International Conference Center to establish a center for combating terrorism financing. In the memorandum exchange, the GCC was represented by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior; while the American side was represented by US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
