Deputy Crown Prince Chairs Economic, Development Affairs' Council

Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, the Council of Economic and Development Affairs held a meeting, at Al-Yamamah Palace, here today.
During the meeting, the council reviewed a number of issues, notably a presentation submitted by the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources related to the Comprehensive Strategy Scheme to Maximize taking advantage of the mining and mineral resources, in the Kingdom.
For his part, the Minister of Justice Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani presented a paper on upgrading the efficiency of the ministry's outputs, to go in tandem with the Kingdom Vision 2030.
The council reviewed also main challenges and strategic goals related to economic and development affairs and took relevant required recommendations.
