Shura Council Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh met with Jordan's Speaker of House of Representatives Atef Al-Tarawna on the sidelines of the 2nd annual meeting of the Arab parliament and heads of legislative councils, and Arab parliaments currently being held in Cairo. During the meeting, Al Al-Sheikh confirmed the deepness and firmness of ties binding the two kingdoms in different fields, noting the distinguished parliamentary relations linking the Shura Council of Saudi Arabia and Jordan's two chambers. They reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them, particularly in parliamentary fields and coordination of positions at international platforms. Later, Al Al-Sheikh met with the heads of Shura, and national assemblies of the GCC countries to coordinate their positions at the international arenas. They reviewed the agenda of the Arab parliaments meeting.
