Jordan condemned the terrorist attack that took place in the Islamic Cultural Center Mosque in the Canadian city of Quebec and left a number of people killed and injured. According to Petra, Jordanian State Minister for Media Affairs and the government spokesperson Mohammad Momani voiced Jordan's condemnation of terrorist acts through which criminal gangs try to destabilize the security and stability of states and well as individuals. He also stressed Jordan's support to Canada that respects all religions and beliefs, affirming Jordan's stance in fighting terrorism and its gangs. Momani also offered Jordan's condolences to the Canadian people and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
