Jordan strongly condemned today a terror car bomb attack that targeted a hotel in Somalia's capital Mogadishu, which resulted in the death of seven innocent civilians and injured another eight, including children. In a statement issued today, Jordanian Minister of State for Media Affairs Mohammad Momani reaffirmed Jordan's rejection of such acts, saying terror organizations seek to destabilize peace and security of states to spread more chaos, killing and destruction. Momani, who is also the government spokesperson, reiterated Jordan's solid stance in fighting terrorism and its groups wherever they move. The Jordanian minister extended the government's condolences to the Somali people and families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
