The State of Qatar strongly condemned the attack that occurred at a hotel in Mogadishu, capital of Somalia, killing and injuring several people. In a statement issued Wednesday, the Foreign Ministry said the State of Qatar stands by the Somali Republic and supports procedures made to fight violence, extremism and terrorism to bring safety, stability and establish a state of institutions. The ministry's statement reiterated Qatar's firm position that renounces violence and terrorism in all their forms and manifestations. The statement expressed condolences to the families of the victims of this brutal crime.
