Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Eng. Khalid Al-Faleh held here today, separate meetings with Japanese, Indian, Ethiopian and Kazakh counterparts, Hiroshige Seko, Piyush Goyal, respectively, in addition to the Ehtiopian as well as the Kazakhi. During the meetings, he discussed with his counterparts domains of cooperation and joint projects, especially, the industrial and medium and small size businesses,, as well as potential industries, such as car making. The meetings were taken place, in line with these countries' leaderships directives to bolster mutual strategic partnerships, in all fields. Within this context, the parties agreed to reactivate visit exchange and workings of joint committees, in this regard. Among the main issues discussed were cooperation, in the field of renewable and solar energy, electric grids interlinking, petrochemicals, electric devices and peaceful use of the atomic energy , in addition to reviewing latest Opec and Non-Opec producers' accord to decrees production shares, in order to restore equilibrium to the world oil market.
