Royal Order Promote Border Guards' Director, Commander of Special Emergency Forces' to General Rank

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosque King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a royal order here today, promoting Naval Maj. Gen. Auwad bin Eid Al-Buluwi, Director General of the Border Guards, to Lt. Gen and Maj. Gen. Khalid bin Qarar Al-Harbi, Commander of the Special Emergency Forces, to Lt. Gen.
The Minister of Interior shall carry out this order.
