King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Sunday issued a Royal Order promoting seven judges from Court President (Rank A) to Appeal Judge; three judges from Court President (Rank B) to Court President (Rank A); 56 judges as Judge (Rank B); nine judges from Assistant Judge to Judge (Rank C); and 83 judges as Assistant Judges. This was announced here Sunday evening by Dr. Muhammad Bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Minister of Justice. Naval forces chief Another Royal Order on Sunday promoted Maj. Gen. Dhakhailallah Bin Ahmad Bin Mohammad Al-Waqdani to the rank of Lieutenant General and appointed him as Commander of the Naval Forces. Meanwhile, another Royal Order appointed Sheikh Dr. Abdulkareem Bin Abdullah Al-Khdhair, member of the Board of Senior Ulema (Islamic scholars), as a full-time member of the Standing Committee of Research and Fatwa (Islamic Edict) at the Excellent Rank.
