Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of topics and issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm newspaper said that the issuance of the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz to exempt thousands of farmers from paying the loans of the Agricultural Development Fund in the Arabian Shield areas because of the drought is a clear indication to the King's attention to farmers in the Kingdom, as they represent a category of the society shouldering major responsibilities in providing food. Al-Sharq newspaper noted that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranked 39th among 188 countries at the level of human development which is a proof that the leadership sets successful and developed plans to serve citizens to live in a healthy environment enabling them to innovate in all areas. --More
