Wreckage from the missing Egyptair plane has been found 290 kilometres north of the Mediterranean Sea city of Alexandria, dpa cited the Egyptian army as saying on its official Facebook page. "The Egyptian aircraft and ships also found [Friday] morning personal items of some passengers of the plane," the army says in the statement. Three French aviation accident investigators and an Airbus technical expert arrived in Cairo Friday to join an Egypt-led probe into the disappearance. The Airbus A320, travelling from Paris to Cairo, vanished early Thursday with 66 people on board. The reasons for the disappearance are currently unknown. Search operations are under way to locate the jet's two black boxes.
