President Omar Hassan Al-Bashir of the Republic of Sudan received here today Saudi Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali Bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi, who is currently visiting Sudan to head the Saudi delegation at 11th meeting of Joint Saudi- Sudanese Standing Committee. Minister Al-Naimi conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Interior Minister; and Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Defense Minister; while the Sudanese President sent his greetings and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown Prince. During the meeting, they discussed the cooperation between the two countries in the fields of mining and joint investments, the Kingdom's vision 2030 and its importance in economic diversification including mining investments. The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Sudan Faisal bin Hamid Mualla, and a number of officials.
