THE PRIME MINISTER OF POLAND JAROSLAW KACZYNSKI RECEIVED HERE TODAY SAUDI MINISTER OF PETROLEUM AND MINERAL RESOURCES ALI BIN IBRAHIM AL-NAIMI WHO IS CURRENTLY VISITING WARSAW. DURING THE MEETING, AL-NAIMI CONVEYED THE GREETINGS OF THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ AL SAUD AND CROWN PRINCE SULTAN BIN ABDULAZIZ, DEPUTY PREMIER, MINISTER OF DEFENSE AND AVIATION AND INSPECTOR GENERAL, TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF POLAND. IN TURN, THE PRIME MINISTER OF POLAND SENT HIS GREETINGS TO THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES AND CROWN PRINCE SULTAN. THE ALSO DISCUSSED THE SITUATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL OIL MARKET AS WELL AS THE ROLE OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA AND OPEC COUNTRIES TO MEET THE GROWING DEMAND FOR OIL. BILATERAL COOPERATION BETWEEN THE TWO COUNTRIES IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY WAS DISCUSSED DURING THE MEETING. AL-NAIMI EXPRESSED THE KINGDOM'S WILLINGNESS TO ENHANCE BILATERAL COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND ENCOURAGE INVESTMENT IN JOINT OIL PROJECTS BETWEEN THE TWO COUNTRIES. THE MEETING WAS ATTENDED BY THE SAUDI AMBASSADOR TO POLAND DR. NASSER AL-BRAIK AND A NUMBER OF OFFICIALS.
