The ministers of agriculture in the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will announce tomorrow in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, their future plans for food security and agricultural development in the Islamic world during the meetings of the founding general assembly of Islamic Organization for Food Security and 7th Islamic Ministerial Conference for Food Security and Agricultural Development. OIC Assistant Secretary for Economic Affairs Ambassador Hamid Opeloyeru said that the ministers will discuss a number of issues including the projects, programs and challenges resulting from water scarcity in OIC member states.
