Sheikha Hasina Wazed, Prime Minister of Bangladesh, received at her office in Dhaka today Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who arrived in Bangladesh earlier today. During the audience, Al-Jubeir conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the premier, government and people of Bangladesh. In turn, the Bangladeshi premier sent her greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the meeting, they discussed ways to intensify the joint cooperation between the two counties and coordination and consultation about the regional and international issues of mutual concern. Later, Al-Jubeir met with his Bangladeshi counterpart Abulhasan Mahmoud Ali. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and the latest developments in the region and the world at large. The audience and meeting were attended by Dr. Khalid Al-Jandan, the Undersecretary of the foreign ministry for bilateral relations; Osama Nugali, the Director for Information affairs; Mohammed Al-Kilabi, Director General of the office of the foreign minister; ambassador Khalid Al-Anqari; and Abdullah Hajjaj, the Saudi ambassador to Bangladesh.
