The United States and its coalition partners conducted 21 airstrikes Tuesday against Daesh targets in Iraq and Syria, the Combined Joint Task Force said. In Iraq, 14 airstrikes concentrated on Mosul and Fallujah, where thy hit two tactical units, a bomb-making facility, and three vehicles, among other targets, the taskforce said in a statement Wednesday. Other strikes were conducted near Ramadi, Sinjar, Al Qaim, Albu Hayat, Bayji, and Habbaniya. In Syria, seven airstrikes near the cities of Al Hawl, Ar Raqqa, Manbij, and Mar'a hit several targets, including a Daesh headquarters, five tactical units, and two buildings, the statement said.
