Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh, Al-Jazirah, Okaz, Al-Youm and Al-Sharq newspapers commented on Lebanon, saying that Lebanon became dependent on Iran which wants to turn it as an Iranian province and tries to take out of its Arab environment with the blessing of some of its citizens who have sold their homeland and Arabism in Tehran's bazaar. The papers noted that the Kingdom's decision to suspend its support for Lebanese military and internal security forces was taken to protect its interests, pointing out that the Saudi decision is a message to the Lebanese people that Arabs will not stand by a country that has decided to depart from their consensus and even it stood against the condemnation of those who attacked their lands and affairs. --More
