Shura Council's 10th Parliamentary Friendship Committee, led by Dr. Saadoon bin Saad Al-Saadoon, has met with some GCC ambassadors accredited to the Kingdom and their aides. They are Ambassador Sheikh Homoud bin Abdullah Al Khalifa of Bahrain and Tareq Mohammed Nasif, minister plenipotentiary of the embassy; Sheikh Thamir bin Jaber Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, ambassador of Kuwait, and the deputy chief of mission Wael Al-Hazal; Mohammed Saeed Al-Zaheri, ambassador of the UAE and Saeed bin Ali Al-Hajri, the Consul of the embassy. During the meeting, which took place yesterday, ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation between the Shura Council and parliamentary chambers in each of the GCC countries through activating the roles of parliamentary friendship committees were discussed. The meeting, held at the Shura Council headquarters, was attended by members of the committee.
