The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at the Royal Court at Al-Salam palace today Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashed Al-Zayani, the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Acting Dean of diplomatic corps, who is also the ambassador of Qatar to the Kingdom Ali bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, the deans of diplomatic groups accredited to the Kingdom: Brunei ambassador Bin Jeran Datu Fadoka Jabruddin Mohammed Saleh, who is also the dean of Asian group; James Smith, the U.S. ambassador, who is also the dean of North American group; Peter Harris, ambassador of New Zealand, who is also the dean of Ogianasia group, the ambassadors of the GCC member countries accredited to the Kingdom: the ambassador of Bahrain Mohammed Saleh Al-Shaikh; the ambassador of the UAE Mohammed Saeed Al-Zaheri; Charge D'affaires of the Sultanate of Oman Jassem bin Eid Al-Saadi and the Charge D'affaires of Kuwait Ahmed Al-Jeran. The ambassadors conveyed to the monarch the greetings and congratulations of kings, presidents and leaders of the GCC, Islamic, Arab and friendly countries on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan as well as the greetings and congratulations of all staff members of the diplomatic corps accredited to the Kingdom on the blessed Ramadan. They also thanked him for his warm welcome and generosity, wishing him good health and happiness and the Kingdom steady progress and prosperity. For his part, the monarch sent his greetings and best wishes to the leaders of their countries on the holy month of Ramadan. The audience was attended by a number of princes.
