The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia concluded efficiently and successfully today its participation at the 2015 International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Conference which was held on October 12-15, 2015 in Budapest, Hungarian capital, represented by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC). The ITU Secretary General Houlin Zhao, praised the role being played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of all activities of the Union and the entrepreneurs as well as small and medium enterprises, pointing to the nomination of three establishments participating in the Kingdom's pavilion among the top 15 small and emerging establishments out of 90 ones that had already participated at ITU Telecom World 2015 from around the world. He also commended the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's winning of two awards of the ITU Telecom World 2015 Awards. The Saudi Pavilion has witnessed a high turnout with a distinguished presence of visitors, especially at the level of official visits, where it was visited by the Prime Minister of Hungary and a number of Ministers and heads of delegations participated in ITU Telecom World 2015.
