Candidate wins Cologne mayoral race day after stabbing attack

Henriette Reker is set to become the new mayor of Cologne, Germany, a day after she was injured in a stabbing attack, dpa reported.
Reker, an independent, won an absolute majority of 52.7 per cent of
the vote, according to returns.
