AlHijjah,1436 , 05 October,2015, SPA --The Competition Council held its 44th meeting here yesterday under the chairmanship of the Minister of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of the Council Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah. The Secretary General of the Council, Dr. Musaed bin Nasser Al-Otaibi reviewed during the meeting the latest developments of the Council's works, memorandums, and technical reports provided by the Secretariat and a range of topics on its agenda. The council also passed a resolution to re-form a committee to hear and determine irregularities in the competition system, and several other decisions against a number of facilities to begin procedures for research and investigation and collection of evidence, after discussing the findings of the technical studies and reports about them.
