AlHijjah 14, 1436, Sep 28, 2015, SPA -- Yemen's permanent mission accredited to the United Nations and the Ministry of Human Rights held a symposium here today to cast light on the flagrant violations of human rights perpetrated by the Houthi rebels and Saleh in Yemen. The symposium was administered by the Charge d'Affaires of Yemen to the United Nations Mohammed Al-Faqmi. The representative of the Standing Committee for Human Rights at the Arab League Asaad Younis and a number of Yemeni officials and advocates took part in the symposium. On the sidelines of the event, a photo exhibition illustrating the violations of Houthis and deposed president Saleh against civilians in addition to the damage incurred by the country's infrastructure.
