Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Armed Forces received here on Saturday, Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir. During the reception, Al-Jubeir conveyed greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdul Aziz, the Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior; Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense to Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE; the Government of the UAE and its brotherly people. Distinguished bilateral relations and ways to enhance bilateral ties for realizing the mutual, were addressed, and strategic interests under the vision of the two countries' leadership for further strengthening these ties. They also discussed issues of common interest related to advancing Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) joint action in confronting challenges, bolstering stability, security and development, in the region. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed expressed deep conviction of the central role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, in the region. He also voiced firm belief in the KSA as a cornerstone, which will enable the Arab region overcome current state of instability. "The Saudi leadership's reading of developments, in the region, is the same as ours and we can - through joint action with Riyadh and other fellow countries - achieve a lot in the domain of stability of our states, their development and prosperity, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed said. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and Al-Jubeir conferred on avenues of coordination and consultation on a number of regional files, the most important of which is the Arab coalition to restore hope and support the legitimate government in Yemen. They also exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments, including anti-terrorism efforts, Iran's nuclear deal, the situation in Syria, Palestinian cause and other files at the regional and international arenas. The meeting was attended by Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Deputy National Security Advisor and Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister of the UAE.
