President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, received here yesterday Kuwait's Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. The reception was also attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai; Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister; General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. During the meeting, they reviewed fraternal ties between the two countries and ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation in all areas within the framework of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), according to a report of the UAE news agency "WAM." They exchanged views on the latest developments at regional and international arenas and discussed a number of other issues of mutual interest. On their part, the Kuwaiti visitors expressed profound happiness for visiting the UAE and meeting with the UAE President. This, they said, reflects the deep-rooted and profound fraternal ties between the two countries. Sheikh Khalifa decorated the Kuwaiti Crown Prince with the "Order of Zayed" and the Kuwaiti Prime Minister with the "Order of Union" in appreciation of the strong fraternal ties between the two countries.
