Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hands United Nation the curtain of Holy Kaaba door

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia handed the United Nation yesterday the curtain of the door of Holy Kaaba at the headquarters of the United Nations.
The Kingdom's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Abdullah bin Yahya Al-Mo'allemi and the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon un-veiled the curtain after re- fixing it at its previous site in one of halls of the United Nations after its renewal.
Ambassador Al-Moa'llemi reviewed in a speech on this occasion the historical periods related to the Kiswah (Covering) of the Holy Kaaba.
