Director General of Civil Defense General Sulaiman bin Abdullah Al-Amro announced here today that the third phase of the general emergencies plan for caring of worshippers at the two holy mosques during the fasting month of Ramadan went smooth and free of incident, vowing that the civil defense is ready to resolve any emergency during the last Quran recitation night and throughout Eid Al-Fitr days. In a statement, he paid tribute to the expansion project of the grand mosque, the third phase of which was recently dedicated by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. He reported minor cases inside the Makkah-based grand mosque and Madinah-based prophet's mosque, including fatigue for some elders and those who have contracted chronic diseases.
