On behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani will attend the inauguration ceremony of Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari.
The inauguration ceremony will be held in Abuja on Friday.
