The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani left Riyadh today for Dakar- the Senegalese capital to attend, on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the celebrations of the Republic of Senegal on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of Independence Day and the inauguration of African Renaissance Monument later today and tomorrow.
