On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani will take part in the oath of office taking ceremony to be held in Mexico City for the New Mexican President-elect Pena Nieto.
