Qasim reviewed the Council's achievements to organize and promote the principle of fair competition and provide a stimulating investment environment for all sectors, pointing out that the Council continued its efforts to strengthen its role, through the amendment of some articles of the competition system of its 12th and 15th articles that have been amended to enhance competition strategy. He added that this gives a clear indication of the keenness of the higher authorities to draw the attention of the business community to the competition's sensitive causes due to their big impact on the national economy, pointing out to the adjusted executive rule of competition system issued by the Council to amend some of its articles and integrate the organizational regulations into the executive rule to be more pronounced in the interpretation of the system for the achievement of its objectives.
