Late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud's ring has added to Memorial Hall of King Abdulaziz at King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (DARAH) a new historical dimension of the components of the hall, which is an important source of history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as it contains valuable books in the areas of Sharia and life. It also contains tools used by late King Abdulaziz during the period of his life, like the sword of "Raqban" which is one of the old swords that was favorable to the late King and founder as reported by "Um Al-Qura" newspaper in its issue dated back to 26/09/1930. The directive by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to deposit this ring in DARAH because it holds the official seal of late King Abdulaziz, represents a symbolic and administrative documentation in the founder's era as well as it was one of the practical mechanisms in conducting the affairs of governance; messages or orders. The importance of late King Abdulaziz's ring attributes also that it holds the full name of king Abdulaziz engraved on it and the date of its manufacture.
