He added: It is beside the Saudi oil export to China, and the Kingdom's readiness to supply China with any additional quantities it needs, the other areas include joint investments in both countries in the oil and marketing of its product, as well as the exchange of experience, research and studies, and materials manufacturing and petroleum services." Concluding his statement, Engineer Al-Naimi said "Since the visit of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to China last year, he supports the idea of building a new "silk" road , for economic development in Asia and Arab countries. We look forward to the diversification of the Saudi economy and the development of industries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we see many Chinese companies investing in the Kingdom in the fields of manufacturing."
