Prince Saud bin Naïf bin Abdul-Aziz, Governor of the Eastern Region stressed that the aim of Operation Determination Storm's decision, taken by the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is to defend its territory and to deter anyone who wants to harm this country, its security and stability; and it came at the request of the Yemeni legitimate government to save Yemen. He hailed efforts by the brave Saudi soldiers, praying for mercy for those who were martyred in defense of their religion and their homeland, and extending condolences to the wise leadership and the families of martyrs. This came during a meeting at the weekly council called "Al-ehnaineih" in the governorate headquarters in Dammam.
