Rubaian, who was martyred while purging Saudi territories from armed infiltrators across the southern border. The Prince also conveyed similar condolences to the family of Martyr Captain Bandar bin Rashid Al-Umairah. While visiting the families of the two martyrs, Prince Khalid expressed his pride in all martyrs who have defended their religion and country, sacrificed themselves and registered their heroism on the records of history.
